The head of crash pad kit are special plastic components specially studied to ensure sliding friction
Crash pad kit is designed to be less bulky and invasive as possible but with the minimum size to guarantee the best protection possible.

Assembly instructions
Kompletter Kit (links+rechts), er wird am Bike ohne Modifikationen der originalen Teile montiert. Er hat schwarze Kunststoff-Kappen + Aluminium-Halterung + passende Schrauben. Die Sturzpad-Einsätze sind aus Aluminium u. werden separat verkauft - 3 Farben sind verfügbar: SILBER, SCHWARZ u. GOLD. Sie haben eine ästhetische Funktion da die Aluminium-Einsätze den Kopf der Sturzpads komplettieren, und die großen Montageschrauben überdecken.
Die Ersatz-Sturzpads bestehen nur aus dem schwarzen Kunststoff-Teil des Kits; sie werden benutzt, wenn nach einem Sturz nur der Kunststoff-Kopf abgeschunden ist. Die Ersatz-Pads sind in der schwarzen Kunststoff-Variante oder in farbig-ästhetischer Aluminium-Version - 5 Farben sind verfügbar: SILBER, SCHWARZ, GOLD, BLAU und ROT.
